Charlotte Crouse Obituary

Charolette Crouse, 71, formerly of Campbellsville, died Friday, Aug. 26, 2016, in Springfield, Illinois, where she had lived for the past 30 years.
Born Jan. 24, 1945, in Taylor County, she was the daughter of the late Virgil and Mamie Rice Phillips.
She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Joseph Phillips and Harry Less Phillips and a sister, Kathleen Moore.
A social worker, she had been employed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services.
Survivors include her brother, Roy Phillips and his wife, Cindy of Leitchfield.
A graveside service was conducted Wednesday, Aug. 31, 2016, at the Phillips Family Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy are suggested to the Phillips Cemetery Fund, which may be made at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home.
