Tony Lewis Obituary
He was an employee of TG Kentucky in Lebanon.
Preceding him in death was a brother, Roger Dale Lewis on Dec. 7, 2001 and a sister, Nancy Christerson on Dec. 14, 2013.
Survivors include three daughters, Brandy Hurdt (Jessie) of Campbellsville, Tiffany Montgomery of Loretto and Jill Morales (Eleazar) of Timberlake, North Carolina; two sons, Trey Cheatham of Willisburg and David Lathrem (Lynda) of Pleasureville; eight grandchildren; a brother, Jimmy Lewis of Springfield and five sisters, Brenda Spalding (James) of Fredricktown, Mary Ardella Lewis, Cynthia Baker and Karen Arvitzu (Juan) all of Willisburg and Melissa Brito of Batesville, Indiana.
The funeral service was held Saturday, Jan. 15, 2022 at the Carey & Son Funeral Home, Springfield, Kentucky, with Rev. Michael Gribbins officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen Cemetery at Willisburg.
Serving as pallbearers were Wyatt Osborn, Aaron Sexton, James Spalding, Juan Arvitzu, Jimmy Lewis, Jr. and Waylon Atwood.
Carey & Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
