Memorial services celebrating the life of Carl Henry Privette will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Broadmeadow United Methodist Church, Jackson, Mississippi with Reverend Rob Hill officiating. Burial will be in Ebenezer Methodist Cemetery, Ebenezer, Mississippi.
Visitation will be at the Church Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
Mrs. Privette, 102, of Alexandria, formerly of Jackson, Mississippi, passed from this life on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at Rapides Regional Medical Center.
Mrs. Privette was a member of Broadmeadow United Methodist Church, Jackson, Mississippi.
She was a college teacher and was the Kindergarten Director for the school at the Church, which was named for her.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John Murphy Privette; parents, Albert Jackson and Belle Herndon Henry; son, John Charles Privette and six brothers and sisters.
Those left to cherish her memory include her daughter, Belle Privette Rollins and husband, Justin and a host of other family members and friends.
As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be sent to Broadmeadow United Methodist Church or to The Stewpot Agency.
