Charles was never changing. A very classy individuial and I always considered him to be my friend.Through my days in Greenwood I had contact with Charles often and I always enjoyed conversations with him. He made us all proud during his days in the Lesgislature and afterward in other positions on a State level...especially in education. I know that the family will have wonderful of memories of Charles. God Bless.
