A truly great man with truly honest character. You can tell a person's character by the legacy they leave. And in his family, he truly left a noble legacy. He will be missed. What a guy!

I have such fond memories of singing in the CUMC choir with Charlie. He was so much fun, loved that choir and especially the quartet, and was such an inspiration to others. May God bless and comfort you during this time.

Mr. Stacy was such a fine example of Christian love for me and my family. His warmth and smile will be greatly missed.

I am saddened by Mr. Stacy's passing and my prayers of God's great comfort to all of my “second family” growing up. We know he's in a “better place”, free of any pain, and I'm sure he's already singing with the Eternal Barber Shop Quartet. I look forward to the day we can all join him again in the Kingdom of Heaven. Mr. Stacy was one of the most significant indirect people in my life through his model as a strong Christian husband, father and businessman. He, along with Mrs. Stacy's, rearing of their three excellent, character-filled sons, will leave an everlasting impact on this earth as they leave the same for their children. Bless you all. Thank you for the impact each of you has had in my life, and I hope to see you all very soon. Neal
