My sympathy to each of you.
I am a 1960 graduate of FH, and Coach Lingle was one of my teachers. I can see him in the classroom right now with his feet up on his desk. I have wondered over the years what has happened to my teachers. I am sorry to hear of his passing.

I loved me some Mr. David. He build my house. When I was a child I would sit beside him in Church at Lakeshore Baptist. He would fall asleep and I would always wake him up. We always laughed!!!

Dear David and family,
I was talking about Bear yesterday with Booker's sister and thinking we needed to call and check in about how things were going. Our hearts and thoughts are with you during this time of grieving. We have so many fond memories of your dad. He will be remembered as a hard-working, honest and respectable man, and a great father. I know these last few years have been tough David, and we are so proud of you and all the time you gave Bear. Our prayers are with all of you that knew and love him...You know where we are if you need us in the days to come.
