Grace Fields Obituary

Grace E. Fields, 53, a cook, died Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at River Oaks Hospital in Flowood. Visitation will be Saturday, September 22, 2007 from 1-3 p.m. at Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday from the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon, with Rev. Jeff Ingram officiating.
Grace was born on August 13, 1954 in Natchez, Mississippi to L. E. and Luella Elliott. She was a graduate of South Natchez High School. She was formerly employed with BellSouth in Natchez, MS. until 1986 when she went into cake decorating. She moved with her family to Brandon, MS in 1997 and was currently employed with First Baptist Church, Brandon Day Care. She was a loving wife and mother and will be greatly missed by her many friends and family.
Grace was preceded in death by her father, Lowery Elliott and her brother, Lucien Elliott. Survivors include her husband, Michael Fields, Jr., two daughters, Amanda Fields and Sarah Fields all of Brandon; her mother, Luella Elliott, brother, Mike Elliott and sister, Anna Elliott all of Natchez, MS.
Memorials may be made to the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation or a charity of your choice.
