Hoover sauce - how many of you love Hoover sauce? I've loved it since I was about 14. I would find it on the always, crowded bottom shelf of Hoover Lee's story in Louise, MS. I hear, now-a-days, that people from around the globe, that traipse the Blues Trail and visit Louise, have come to love Hoover sauce, too. This week, as Hoover, passes away, with him goes a wonderfully, rich Chinese-Delta history. Hoover and Miss Frieda were a staple to my visits in Louise. They truly enriched that town. Hoover Lee, a great American! You WILL be truly missed, my friend.
