Jack Perry Obituary
Tunica
Jack Day Perry, Sr., 88, passed away August 10, 2015, at his home where his father was born in Tunica, Mississippi. He was a lifelong resident of Tunica, a member of Tunica United Methodist Church, a member of the Emmaus community, retired farmer and an avid hunter and fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis Quattlebaum and Alex Somerville Perry, Sr; and his brother, Frank Martin Perry, Sr.
He is survived by his wife, Betsy Crenshaw Barton Perry; daughter, Vicki Perry Mauney (Marc); son Jack Day Perry, Jr; and daughter, Eleanor Fetter Perry;
grandchildren: Cody Harrell (Blair), Elizabeth Perry Rogers (Jason), Clara Perry Fee and Stephen Crenshaw Perry; six great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be Thursday, August 13, 2015 at the Tunica United Methodist Church at 11 AM.
Family will receive all at the Family Life Center immediately following the service where lunch will be served.
Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery in Tunica
Memorial Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
