She was preceded in death by her husband, Jess Brookhart of Lula.
She is survived by three children, Julie Dukes and Jane Hunsucker of Hohenwald, Tenn., and Jess Marion Brookhart of Greenwood: two grandchildren, Nina Tait Kohler and her husband, David K. Kohler of Kohler, Wis., and Charles Hunsucker and his wife, Maureen Hunsucker of Kohler, Wis.: seven great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Minor Sledge Parks of Baton Rouge, La.
