Joan & family,

I worked with Jack at PH&B in the late 70's and early 80's. He was the kind of lawyer and man that I wanted to be - friendly, kind, smart, tolerant, interesting, open to new ideas and viewpoints, and a true gentleman. The world is a poorer place without him.
