Jonathan Thomas Obituary
Jonathan Christopher Thomas, Jr. was born on December 2, 1995, in Atlanta, GA. He attended Bolton-Edwards Elementary Middle School, where he was valedictorian of his 8th-grade class. Afterward, Jonathan attended Raymond High School before he transferred to Provine High School, where he graduated as valedictorian of his class, Class of 2014. He received several college scholarships and awards. He was a senior at Jackson State University, majoring in Education with an emphasis in mathematics. Jonathan was a Mister in JSU's Call Me Mister Program and played 2 years on JSU Men's Basketball Team.
Jonathan died in a tragic car accident on May 17, 2017, in Clinton, MS. His high school sweetheart was also in the car Skyla Liddell.
Jonathan leaves to cherish, his parents, Jonathan, Sr. and Laketia Marshall-Thomas and a younger brother, Jonah C. Thomas; Grandparents, Square and Belinda Palmer and Joe and Tamorra Thomas, all of Bolton, MS.
Visitations will be Friday, May 26, 2017, at 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the Hill of Zion M.B. Church in Bolton, MS. Jonathan's Funeral will be Saturday, May 27, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Hill of Zion M.B. Church in Bolton, MS.

For most my condolences to the family. I pray that you look to God in your time of need to give you the strength that you so much deserve.
