I, having, worked at the Health Department, knew Dick as a friend. The beauty of knowing him is that if he was your friend today he was your friend tomorrow.
I know you all will miss him, but Dick is with Our Heavenly Father now and there no greater reward than that.
May God bless you all in this time of sorrow.
