Jimmy Hayes Obituary
James Harold Hayes, lovingly known as “Jimmy", age 72, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at his home.
Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Akins officiating. Burial will follow at Baggett's Chapel Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Jimmy entered this life on August 7, 1951 in Detroit, MI. He graduated from Montgomery Central High School 1969.
Jimmy loved good southern cooking and being with family. He enjoyed watching television. Wrestling, and The Three Stooges were his absolute favorite shows. Jimmy was an avid calendar collector and kept track of everyone's birthday.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James L and Doris M. Hayes, and brothers, Daniel and Roger Hayes.
Jimmy is survived by one sister, Sherry Abernathy (Mike); four brothers, David (Ann) , Donnie, Jesse (Janet), Gregory (Melissa) numerous nieces and nephews, and many friends.
