Ralph Greene Obituary

Ralph Greene, of Big Sandy, TN, passed peacefully on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 84 years of age. Ralph was born in Gary, IN, on June 13, 1941, to the late Buren Greene and Ruby Greene. Ralph is survived by his loving wife, Wilma Greene; Stepsons, Paul Wayne Hendrix, Denny Hendrix; daughter, Anna Combs; Stepdaughters, Anita (Brad) Smith, Sandra (Thomas) Hendrix, Belinda Hendrix, Brenda (Chris) Hendrix; brothers, Bruce (Darlene) Greene, Clifford (Becky) Greene, niece, Lisa (Bill) Rock; nephews, Mark Greene, Christopher (Cherie) Greene, Gary (Angela) Haws; numerous great nieces and nephews 22 grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren. Ralph was an honorable man who served in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam war. Ralph enjoyed fishing and being outdoors, he also loved spending quality time with friends and family, ralph had a knack for playing the guitar and loved country music. Ralph had a great smile and the best laugh, he will be deeply missed and cherished by all who knew him. Ralph loved Jesus and treasured his relationship with God. A service will be held at the chapel at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home on Friday, October 24, 2025, at 12 PM with Visitation on Friday, October 24, 2025, from 11:00 AM until the hour of service at Neal Tarpley Parchman Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greene Cemetery in Cumberland Furnace.
