Heather Rogers Obituary

Heather Lynn Rogers, 50, of Dayton, Ohio, formerly of Hayesville, gained her angel wings and flew to her heavenly home on Friday, Oct. 10, 2025.
Heather was the daughter of Ricky Allen Rogers and Sherrie Watts Rogers of Hayesville. She was a CNA by profession. Her hobbies were jewelry making, quilting, writing short stories and an avid reader.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by her partner, Greg, of Dayton, one brother, Clint Rogers and wife, Amanda, of Hayesville; one son, Ricky Travis Rogers and wife, Shawna, of Murphy; one daughter, Brooklyn Koch and husband, David, of Murphy; five grandchildren, Kylie Gulley, Cole Koch, Ariana Koch, Willow Rogers and Dallas Koch; two nephews, Nathaniel Rogers and Jacob Rogers, both of Hayesville; and one great niece, Natalie Rogers.
Graveside services were held Friday, Oct. 17 at Moss Memorial Church Cemetery, Hayesville with Rev. Charlie Shelton officiating. Pallbearers were Ricky Travis, Stacy and Michael Rogers, David Earwood and Jonathan and David Carver.
The family would like to thank Townson-Rose Funeral Home and especially Teresa Jefferies, Holly Morgan and Kenny White for all their professionalism, kindness and walking us through this hard difficult time.
