Larry Sites Obituary

Larry Sites, age 76, passed away on Sunday, August 24, 2025 at Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Missouri.

Larry Gene Sites was born on November 4, 1948 in Clinton, Missouri. He was the son of Paul and Ruth (Burry) Sites. Larry graduated from Clinton High School in 1966 and then obtained a degree at Central Mo State University.

Larry was a computer programmer and worked for Cook Paint in Kansas City, Missouri. He had lived in California since the early 1980's before moving back to the Lowry City area in 2021. He enjoyed gardening and reading. One thing he loved was researching everything about anything.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his brother Dale Sites, and his two brothers-in-law Rick Moore, and Jed Inman.

Survivors include his two sisters; Nancy Sites of Lowry City, Missouri and Betty Inman of Raytown, Missouri, along with many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held September 3, 2025 at White Oak Cemetery, Urich, MO with Rev. David Mills officiating.

Services were under the direction of Vansant-Mills Funeral Home of Clinton, MO.
