CLINTON — Camelia Faye Hall Parker, 67, of 106 Cove Place, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025, at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.
Funeral service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, at Crumpler-Honeycutt Funeral Home with Pastor Tom Hayes officiating. Interment will follow in the Clinton City Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
Camelia was born Oct. 24, 1958, in Sampson County to the late Norwood Cecil Hall and Julia Grey Matthews Hall. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers David Leland and Norwood Hall. She was a long-standing member of Sharon Pentecostal Holiness Church and worked as an accountant with Duplin and Sampson counties before retiring.
Survivors include: daughter, Jessica Lynn Tew of Clinton; twin sister, Cecilia Burkeen of Clinton; nieces, Laura Mathis (Anthony) of Clinton and Jennifer Williams (Kenneth) of Clinton; great nieces, Savanna Mathis of Mt. Olive and Sydney Mathis of Clinton; great-nephew, Aiden McElveen of Clinton; and a host of cousins and friends; and her fur babies, Scarlett and RB.
A special thank you to Pastor Hayes for conducting the funeral service, along with UNC Chapel Hill Cardio Vascular Critical Care Unit and Kitty Askins Hospice Center for the care and love provided Camelia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kitty Askins Hospice Center, 107 Handley Park Court, Goldsboro, NC 27534.
