Daphne Boykin Obituary
Mrs. Daphne R. Boykin, 58, of 396 E. 16th Street, Brooklyn, N.Y., formerly of Elizabethtown, died Thursday, Oct. 15, 2015.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Oct. 21, at 1 p.m. at Second Presbyterian Church, Elizabethtown. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Clinton.
Survivors include her husband, Jason Boykin of Brooklyn, N.Y.; one son, Marcus Richardson of Hickory; daughters, Danielle Boykin and Jai Boykin of Brooklyn, N.Y.; sisters, Joyce Gillespie of Elizabethtown and Sharon Williams of Clarkton; brothers, Robert, Charles and Kenneth Richardson of Elizabethtown; and one grandchild.
Visitation will be held from 2-6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, at Summerville-Boykin Mortuary, Garland.

I was saddened to hear of Daphne's passing. She supported our Council at The Conference Board and I always appreciated her preparation and attention to detail.
I enjoyed her smile and conversations where she often spoke of her family.
She will be missed.
