Donna Pitts Obituary
Donna was born August 24, 1989, in Savannah, Georgia. She grew up in Midway, Georgia, and attended schools in Liberty County.
Donna was a wild child who loved just as fiercely. She was very artistic and loved all things girly.
Donna had a heart of gold and never met a stranger.
On the last day of Donna's life, she was Christmas shopping with her Mawmaw and her sisters.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Eleanor Pitts; her uncles, Howard and Daryl; and her nephew, Lochlan Ace Orion Campbell.
Donna will be dearly missed by her family.
Donna is survived by her three beautiful daughters, Chloe, Ivy and Aubrie; parents, Steve and Kelley Campbell; sisters, Amber and Katie; paternal grandfather, Grover Pitts; maternal grandmother, Donna "Mawmaw"; great-uncles, Ronnie and Sammy; uncle, Dougie; brothers-in-law, Johnathan and Harold; nephew, Luke; nieces, River and Remedy; several cousins and many other extended family members.
A visitation will be held Friday, December 13th, 2024, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Midway First Baptist Church.
The funeral service will be held Friday, December 13th, 2024, at 3 p.m. at Midway First Baptist Church.
Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home & Crematory is handling the arrangements.

Donna you were a wonderful part of my life even though short the time we had spent together was not only appreciate but valued as well. I got to meet your daughters and they are all wonderful and beautiful. They will carry on your legacy and do it the way you would have wanted them too. I'm sorry I couldn't make it to your funeral but Ashley was there for me and your daughter's and that meant the world to me as well. Your momma hurts everyday because she loved you more than you'll ever know but so did so many others. See you in time and we'll catch up.

Love her or hate her, We all have known Donna at her best and at some low points. I will choose the better days to remember her by and I think everyone else should also. Let's not let her mistakes be what we all remember when we think about Donna, Nobody is perfect and we all have made so pretty bad choices we have had to learn and grow from..Ms Kelly, Katie, Amber, Chloe, Ivey, and Aubrey, and Steve, my heart hurts for y'all as I know this was sudden and unexpected. Donna was one of my oldest friends from childhood, and I know she would want us all to remember the good times and celebrate her life, Y'all be strong and keep your heads in a positive place and know she is in a better place and always w you in spirit. We loved Donna and she will be missed by many. REST EASY DONNA.
