Felicity Roberts Obituary
Felicity was born on September 20, 1986, in Ancon, Panama. She had lived in Liberty County for the past 14 years, having moved here from Virginia. Felicity was a graduate of Liberty County High School, class of 2004. After graduation, Felicity attended Columbus College.
Felicity loved basketball, taking pictures, coaching and being with friends and family. She also loved music, cars, shoes and hats. She was a substitute teacher with the Liberty County School System.
Felicity will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved her.
Survivors are her mother, Maritza Jennings of Hinesville; fathers, Arthur Jennings Sr. of Alabama and Marcelo Roberts of Virginia; brothers, Rafael Jennings and Arthur Jennings Jr., both of Hinesville; sisters, Tatiyana Luke of Hinesville and Bria Roberts of Maryland; paternal grandmother, Hazel Henry of New York; maternal grandparents, Dicky and Lastenia Coons of Panama; a niece and nephew; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. before the service at the funeral home.
Prayer services will be at 6 p.m. Monday, April 23, at Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Flemington with Deacon Doug Delzeith officiating.
Thomas L. Carter Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

This was a beautiful Angel whom I had the pleasure of knowing for 2 years. Felicity you will truly be missed. I appreciate the power and knowledge that you gave me.
