Peggy Rozier Obituary
She was a lifelong resident of McIntosh County, and was a retired registered nurse, having worked at the Brunswick hospital and in home health care. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
Peggy loved her cats and enjoyed gardening and growing blueberries. She was a member of Eulonia Church of God of Prophecy and was preceded in death by her daughter, Heather Howard.
Survivors are her husband, Glenn Rozier of Townsend; daughters and son-in-law, Shelly Rivera of Carnigan and Candy Phillips and Chris of Norwalk, OH; son, Al Fisher Jr. of Carnigan; stepdaughter, Stacey Jung of Springfield; sisters, Barbara Nesbitt of St. Augustine, FL, and Alma Pogue of Brunswick; sisters-in-law, Grace Hulett and Gloria Braxton, both of Townsend; 10 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, March 28, at Townsend Church of God with the Rev. Danny Stilwell officiating. Burial will follow in Plum Orchard Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, March 27, at Howard Funeral Home in Ludowici.
Pallbearers will be Jonathan Howard, Justin Howard, Joseph Matos, Al Fisher, Chris Phillips, Garreth Braxton and Galin Hulett.
Remembrances are suggested to American Heart Association at heart.org.
