Fort Collins - On January 29, 2020 Cecil Isadore Jacobs went to be with the Lord. He was surrounded by his family and will be missed greatly. He is survived by his beloved wife, Norma Jacobs and his five children. He was blessed with thirteen grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
