I knew George from Mines Metallurgy Department, AWS meetings at Applewood, plus we both served in Golden Kiwanis. He was a wonderful guy. What an amazing life he lived.

Some of my best times in CO, while stationed at Fort Carson, were spent with George and his
family on weekend trips to show me the sights. I can never repay the kindness that this man showed to me. He was a special family friend that knew me from my birth.

I'll always remember George for his kindness toward me when I was young growing up with his daughters in Wheatridge. Thank you, George!
