Always a smile, an acknowledgment that I had been missed when I had been away, enthusiasm to help me find what I needed. Best of all was the day we chatted for an extensive time - just shooting the breeze - when he looked at his watch and said "oh, my break´s over." Dang, so kind that he gave his time to me rather than go to the men´s room! Ryan, Safeway won´t be the same. I´m sad I didn´t know of your illness. Drop in sometime- I´ll be looking for you. You always took care of others. What could be a better life lived?

We are so sorry to hear about the untimely passing of Richard. Although, we did not know Richard personally, it is always difficult to lose such a young member of our community who worked in a popular local business. Our hearts go out to Richard's family & friends.

Ryan was a kind hearted and protective soul who cared so much for his loved ones. He was always someone who asked if he could do anything to help, the kind of soul who would give you the shirt off of his back. Miss you Ryan
