SHIRLEY ANN CLARK
February 26, 1944 ˜ March 10, 2023

Passed away peacefully from COPD on March 10, 2023, at age 79 surrounded by her family. She was born in St. Louis, MO, Feb. 26, 1944. She grew up in Yakima, WA, graduated West Valley High School, moved to Seattle and Lynwood then Vancouver, WA. She retired from Bemis Bag as a machine operator for 19 years. She was a hostess at a Nevada casino, bartender and manager at the Lynwood Tavern.
Shirley was an avid bowler and secretary in Lynwood, WA, winning trophies on many teams with her picture in the local newspaper. Shirley loved to travel to Reno, Vegas and the beach. She was a VIP at Ilani Casino. Line-n-Lure was one of her favorite restaurants gathering with friends and family. Fat Dave’s was her mainstay since 1982 with her own special booth so she could meet and greet all who walked by. She had a close friendship with the staff.
Shirley has one brother, Jerry Hagar of Medical Lake, WA; two children, Stacy Collie (Lynn) of Vancouver and Scott Roberts Yakima, WA; grandchildren, Shenae Mullane (Aaron), Sharlianna and Sierrah Roberts; Uncle Howard MO and cousins.
She had many friends and neighbors who were like family to her. She was full of life, a giving and outgoing person who was very well liked by all who met her. She will be missed by many. The family would like to thank Legacy Hospital for their care and support.
A graveside service will be at Northwood Park Cemetery Salmon Creek, WA, Friday March 24 at 1 p.m., following a social in the chapel. All welcome to attend. No flowers please but please share your Shirley memories at www.northwoodpark.com
