Timothy Adamy, 68 of David City passed away peacefully at his home on May 3, 2025.

Funeral Mass was on Thursday, May 8th at St. Mary's Catholic Church, David City with interment at Sts. Peter & Mary Catholic Cemetery in rural Bellwood. Memorials can be made to the family. Moravec Johnson Mortuary is handling the services.

Tim was born December 4, 1956 in rural Bellwood to Leonard and Kathleen(Hoffman) Adamy. He graduated from Aquinas Catholic Schools in 1975, then attended college at UNL, UNO and Omaha Metro Community College. Tim was a screen printer by trade and owned Adamy Quality Printing. When he was younger he was a pilot and did crop dusting. Tim also worked at Butler County Welding. He was a member of the David City Ambassadors and the Par IV Golf League. He enjoyed golfing, riding dirt bikes and 4-wheelers. Tim was a big Husker fan and loved a good tailgate.

He is survived by his mother: Kathleen Adamy of David City, daughters: Jenni(Jeremy) Nolan of Valley, NE, Jessica(Tim) Schmid of David City, NE and Cindy(Matt) Ernst of Columbus, NE; 10 grandchildren: Scott Misek, Arthur(Elaine) Clifford, Corinne(Sean) Kibodeaux, Alex Ernst, Dominic Ernst, Emma Vey, Abby Vey, Evan Schmid, Ronda Schmid and Leonard Schmid; 3 great-grandchildren: Kinsley, Kyler and Daxton Kibodeaux and one more on the way; brother: Mike(Roberta) Adamy, sister: Rosie Bridge; girlfriend: Linda Dammann; his beloved pet cat: Toes; and many cousins, nieces and nephews.

Tim is preceded in death by his father: Leonard Adamy; sister: Kathy Adamy; wife: Ronda Adamy; brother-in-law: Tom Bridge; and cousins: Carroll Adamy and Jerry Adamy.
