Knowing full well that we live this life just to live again and that our departure from this earthly tabernacle only means the arrival into total praise and complete joy...no suffering, sorrow, or tears, I still find myself deeply saddened. Cherryl was one of those unique persons God plants among us to remind us of what life should really be about...servitude in loving-kindness and gentleness (so giving). I've shedded some tears as I'm sure any and every one who knew her has; but, I find comfort in knowing that our tears are just temporary release of the pain...God's gonna wipe all of our tears away! He's doing it even now as I see Cherryl prancing around that corner, smiling, and telling me where I should go on my next vacation or how to prepare the next meal for my husband. Thank God I had the opportunity on several occasions to let Cherryl know what she meant to me...a woman of strength and courage and I thank God for allowing me to be a witness to her wonderful life.
Forever, in my prayers!

Cherryl was so very Special. She is and will always be greatly missed. One thing I can say about Cherryl, is that she never met a stranger. :-) She was always so kind and courteous to everyone. Cherryl's light was always shinning and her gentle smile was always there to encourage you.
Cherryl was one of the first persons I met when I started working at DHS Licensing; and just like Cherryl she took me out on the first day and showed me the ropes. I learned so much from her.
I thank God for lending her to us. Cherryl was a Rose and her memory will be cherished.

God Knows
I said, God, I hurt
And God said, I know.
I said, God, I cry a lot.
And God said, that is why I gave you tears.
I said, God, life is so hard.
And God said, That is why I gave you loved ones.
I said, God, my loved one died.
And God said, so did mine.
I said, God it is such a loss.
And God said, I saw my Son nailed to a cross.
I said, God, your loved one lives.
And God said, so does yours
I said, God, where they are now
And God said, mine is on my right and yours is in the light.
I said, God it hurts.
And God said, I know
