Rosemark - James Stephen Moffatt "Steve", 65, of Rosemark, TN passed away February 13th at his home. He was a Credit Manager for Helena Agri-Enterprises and had a passion for servicing Agricultural producers. He was a partner in the Moffatt Family Dairy and served as an administrative officer for the USDA. He was a graduate of Tipton-Rosemark Academy and attended The University of Tennessee in Martin. He was a member of Salem Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church in Atoka, TN. Steve enjoyed spending time with his family and relatives. His two grandsons were the light in his life. He was an avid fan of baseball and enjoyed coaching Dixie Youth and USSSA teams. He also enjoyed boating at Pickwick Lake and fishing. He is preceded in death by his parents, James Wiley Moffatt and Margaret Hill Moffatt of Rosemark. He is survived by his wife, Nancy Anne Moffatt; sons, James Stephen Moffatt II (Heather) and Christopher Forrest Moffatt (Ally); two grandsons, Lawson Hayes Moffatt and Myrick Allen Moffatt; and his sister, Marge Moffatt Smith. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 20th from 11:00am until the service at 1:00pm at Salem ARP Church in Atoka, TN. The interment will be in Salem ARP Cemetery. Memorials may be made to Salem ARP Playground Fund and St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well lived. I knew Steve in college at UTM-Martin. We had many a fun time there. We called him "Fink".....he was a wonderful person and shall be missed by many.
