Patricia "Patte" Corzine Weeks Cooper

Patricia "Patte" Corzine Weeks Cooper, 75, of Germantown, unexpectedly yet peacefully went home to her Lord and Savior Sunday April 25, 2021. Patricia was born in Memphis TN on March 27, 1946. She was a proud graduate of The Central High School in 1964. Patricia worked as a bank teller for Union Planters, known for having the longest line due to being a master conversationalist. She was the first woman sales rep for Delta Foremost Chemical receiving numerous awards and recognition. She married her soulmate Joseph M. Cooper on September 26, 1982. Her proudest and most champion role was that of beloved Wife, Mother, and Grandmother. Patricia loved ALL her family fiercely, and her unwavering faith in the Lord even more. Her contagious personality shined every day she rose…she truly never met a stranger and had a heart of pure gold. The laughter, advice, and friendships she gave of herself daily to family, friends, and complete strangers is what made her so special and treasured by all. Patricia is preceded in death by her parents J.W. and Florence Corzine, her four brothers James Corzine, Dan Corzine, Michael Corzine, and Curtis Corzine. Patricia is survived by her loving husband Joe Cooper, children Halle Weeks Shearin (Mike), Darren Weeks. Children through marriage: Michael Cooper, Brian Cooper, Deanie Cooper, and cherished granddaughters Taylor Cooper and Sadie Shearin. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Memphis Oral School for the Deaf or Madonna Learning Center. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday May 22 at Faith Presbyterian Church (8816 Poplar Pike,Germantown) with Pastor Greg Darden officiating. A reception and time of visitation with family will follow the service at the church.
