I went to middle and high school with Al. We also lifted weights together at the gym. He was always strong, and always so laid back and easy going. It was an honor to call him a friend.

I´ve know Butchy since the 5th grade. We went to Eastman, and back then we played kickball. Al could kick it from the side of the school all the way to Mountain Rd. It was quite impressive to everyone. He was strong as an Ox and had an easy going nature. We all knew never to get him mad, cause he probably could have squashed all of us, if he had the inclination. If he ever got mad, I never, ever saw it. My brother Kenny lost a good fishing buddy. Another East Concord loss. I always enjoyed bumpin into Albert every 5 years or so, .
