Donald C. Glover

Pittsfield, NH - Donald Glover died peacefully at the Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord, with his family at his side, on July 15, 2024. He had lived in Pittsfield, NH for 25 years. He was born in Haverhill, MA where he graduated from Haverhill Trade School. After graduation, he immediately joined the US Navy and started his career as an Aviation Mechanic. He served 20 years and he served 4 Tours over-sees, serving on the Liberty Belle, the USS Antietam (CVS36), the USS Coral Sea and the USS Enterprise (CV65), aircraft Carriers. Don retired from the Navy in 1974 as an Aviation Machinist Mate Chief Petty Officer. After retiring from the Navy, Don worked at various Auto repair garages. His passion was working on Hot Rods.

Don was pre-Deceased by his 1st Wife, Barbara Glover (June-2009); his 2nd Wife, Francis Glover (April-2023) and his Son, Robert A. Glover (Dec- 2012). He is survived by his 4 daughters, Linda Kincaid (of Ohio), Pamela Blanchette (of NH), Dawna Fisher (of NH), Melissa Glover (of OH) and 12 Grandchildren, as well as 15 Great-Grandchildren.

A Private Service will be held at a later date.

In Lieu of Flowers, please make a donation to the Granite VNA Hospice House in memory of Don.
