John Joseph Baker Sr.

Concord, NH — John Joseph Baker Sr. 82, died Monday October 17th, 2022, at Harris Hill Center in Concord NH. He was born on December 17th, 1939, in Oswego NY, the son of Leighton Baker and Dorothy Baker (Laflamme). He was the husband of Pauline Paul Baker. They were married on August 11th 1979 in Derry NH. He served in the U.S Army as a cook for 6 years. He was employed for 14 years with the MBTA in Boston MA, the Pinellas County Transit Authority for 5 years and HP Hood Concord NH for 14 years. He enjoyed playing Poker with his siblings. He was predeceased by 14 brother's and sister's as well as his daughter Kim Baker-Fisher and 4 Grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Pauline Paul Baker. Survived by his children Dorothy Bryant and her husband Kenneth of Chichester, Sandra Alicea and her husband Julio of Merrimac MA, Tammy Baker of Chichester, John Baker Jr of Concord, Tara Meader and her husband Adrian of Northwood NH and Cheyene Hyndman and her husband Jonathan of Concord. Survived by his 12 Grandchildren, Michael Bryant, Lee-Ann Underwood, Craig Michaud, Corey Michaud, PJ Ouellete, Bryce Baker, Michael Baker, Tyler Baker, Rafe Baker, Logan Baker, Austin Baker and Ian Meader. Survived by his 6 Great Grandchildren. As well as many loved Niece's and Nephew's. We'd also like to thank the staff of Harris Hill in Concord NH that took fabulous care of him in the last 3 years of his life, especially two of his nurses Angie and Tracey.
