Jack and Debbie: Back in the late 50s, early 60s my father John Taylor characterized himself as "always a bridesmaid, never a bride" in his many badminton battles against your father. I saw many of those matches. Your dad sure could play. My sincere condolences.

John, I miss sitting in the bar at the Racquet Club drinking beer, eating popcorn, watching Fox news, and talking politics with you. Since I am an MSNBC fan, we could have some pretty interesting conversations. You were humorous, thoughtful, and always considerate no matter how different our opinions. You talked me into the Kaiser machines and finally the pool, always trying to diversify my fitness interests. I still have the newspaper clipping of you standing outside the Stewart Nelson Building on Main Street. Proud heritage. Say “hi” to Beryl for me.
Debbie and Jack, I am so sorry for your loss. You really stood by your dad and took good care of him to the end. We should all be so lucky. My best to you both.

Hi Jack and Deb,
With both of your folks, Tee and I had many days of fun, happiness and real friendship. Times at the Club, playing badminton, partying, Patriot's games.... Just all a great time. Happy memories.
