John Pooler Obituary
Daytona , FL - John P. Pooler Jr. passed away January 10, 2025, in Daytona Florida, after a brief illness. John was born in Concord, NH to John Sr. and Nancy (Cournoyer) Pooler on June 30th, 1961.
John attended MVHS in Penacook, NH. Throughout his life he worked various jobs, including: Carey's Market, Market Basket, Shaw's, and Sullivan Tires. He recently owned his own painting business in Daytona Florida, which was called Shaggy's Painting
He is predeceased by his parents John Sr. and Nancy (Cournoyer) Pooler of Penacook, NH, and his nephews. Lewis R Bergeron (JR) of Benson, NC and Derick J Cox of Wake Forest NC.
He leaves behind two brothers. Kevin and his wife Susana Pooler of Canterbury NH, Edward Pooler of Concord, NH, and a sister Maryann and her husband Michael Mills of Wake Forest NC. He also leaves nieces Jenny L Bergeron of Knightdale, NC, Skyla Bowles of Andover, NH, and Susie and her husband Michael Higgins of Pembroke, NH. Nephews, Richard and wife Judy Cox of Franklinton, NC, Jarrett Pooler of Loudon, NH, and George Patterson of Boston, MA.
Graveside Service will be held June 14th, at 1pm at Calvary Cemetery in Penacook, NH

Just want to say Shaggy (John) was the kindest guy I have ever known. He was a true friend and treated me like a queen. We went to dinner all the time and chatted when he came in to walgreens. Even after I moved away to California we still kept in contact. He called me the day before he died told me he was in hospice. Was having hard time telling me what was going on. I will miss his sweet soul. God welcomed him with open arms.
