Madeline Osborne Roy Obituary
Madeline was born Feb. 1, 1927. She was the daughter of Mabel Jackson Hurd and Earl Osborne, and the loving step-daughter of her beloved Guy Hurd. She grew up in Wilton, Maine.
Madeline leaves behind her children, Janice Bergeron and companion, Bill Pheiffer of Hopkinton, Lawrence Roy Jr. and spouse, Mary-Ann of Zephyrhills, Fla., David Roy and spouse, Loucille of Allenstown, Debby Cole and husband, George of Orlando, Fla., Rebecca Tisme of Bonita Springs, Fla., Christine Mafera and husband, Jim of New Durham and Patricia Roy and companion, Jerry Griffin of Manchester; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Madeline was predeceased by her parents, her son, Kenneth, five sisters and one brother.
A memorial gathering and service will be held Monday, Nov. 7, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover St., Manchester.
Burial will take place at a later time at Lakeview Cemetery, Wilton, Maine.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the New Hampshire Food Bank donate.nhfoodbank.org/.
