Dunbarton, NH — Nancy Sherman Died on 8/20/2021 at home in Dunbarton NH after a long illness. Born 2/20/1938 Sharples, West Virginia to Parents Hugh R Caudill & Sue May Roberts Caudill. Nancy graduated Andrew Lewis High School Salem VA 1956.
Nancy was married to William C Sherman on 5/30/1959 in Dunn Loring VA. They moved from MD to NH in 1973.
Nancy was an active member of the Dunbarton Congregational Church, an avid gardener and sports fan. She worked for the NH Dept of Corrections for 17 years. Predeceased by William C Sherman and Grandson Christopher M Pelletier. Granddaughter Shalom Kula passed away 11/8/21. Survivors include: Daughters Cheryl Sherman Pelletier Concord, NH; Susan Sherman Clark, Husband Peter Clark, Newbury England; Sons Hugh W Sherman, wife Jeanne Tremblay Sherman Dunbarton NH; Edmund V Sherman, Dunbarton NH; James Andrew Sherman, Shelby NC; Russell W Sherman, Wife Gail Szelest Sherman Dunbarton; NH Roger C Sherman, wife Marla Anderson Sherman, Dunbarton, NH; Brothers Hugh G Caudill Arden NC; and James W Caudill Roanoke, VA; Grandchildren: Brian Sherman, Rebecca Sherman, Philip Sherman and Benjamin Sherman.
Celebration of her life will be held at the Dunbarton Congregational Church 6/4/2022 @ 11:00am.
