Peter DeNauw Obituary
Peter was born June 18, 1955 in Laconia, N.H. He graduated from Laconia High School in 1973. He attended Bentley College in Boston, Mass., and graduated from Daytona Beach Community College in Fla. in Restaurant and Hotel management.
He worked as a district manager at Olice Garden Restaurants and general manager of DeNauw's Restaurants.
He is predeceased by his father, Victor DeNauw, Jr., in November 2009.
He is survived by his mother, Irene (Lessard) DeNauw of New Smyrna Beach, Fla.; his partner, Doug Glaifeau of Manchester; two brothers, Mark DeNauw and husband, Robert Azua of Sun City, Ariz., and Micheal DeNauw and wife, Lee of Gilford, N.H.; a sister, Elizabeth (DeNauw) Silvestri and husband, Richard of Belmont, N.H.; three nephews, Dilon Cross of Vt., Nicholas Silvestri and wife, Samantha of Belmont, N.H., Steven Silvestri of Belmont, N.H.; one great-nephew, Wyatt Silvestri of Belmont, N.H.
There are no calling hours and services will be at a later date.

Peter and I were best friends when we were students at St. John's. I think we bonded since we both hated sports and were altar boys (he was the vice president and I was the president). Anyway, I remember we use to eat lunch together at JJ Newbury's every day. The nuns objected but we had our parents' permission! Unfortunately, we drifted apart once we got to high school. But I've always remembered those earlier days.
My deepest sympathy to his partner and family.

The DeNauw family reaches into the rich history of many families within Laconis. It seems only yesterday, son Peter took over the history from his father, Victor. I am proud to have known them. May he rest in peace and our sympathies to his family.
