Richard Langis Obituary
He was born in 1949 in Revere, Mass., the son of the late Alfred and Gertrude (Hennesey) Langis. Rick attended Lynn English High School where he was a member of the football and baseball teams. After serving in Vietnam, Rick returned to Lynn as a member of the Lynn Police Department and later had his own construction and kitchen remodeling business.
Rick is survived by his wife of 32 years, Brenda; and two sons, Richard E. Langis Jr. of Rochester, and Ryan Langis; two daughters, Erin Langis and Chris Carver of Newburyport, Mass. Rick will be remembered by his children and four grandchildren, Ashton and Garret Langis and Kate and Anna Carver, and his sister, Roberta Sharpe-Parks.
Visiting hours will be on Wednesday, August 6th from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main Street, Concord.
Funeral service will follow at 12 p.m. in the Chapel of the funeral home.
Donations can be made to the American Cancer Society, 2 Commerce Drive, Bedford, NH 03110.

Ricky: I have great memories of your father that I will always hang onto - I will never forget our sheet rocking episode with him. I still chuckle every time I think about dropping the screw driver on a new floor...Didn't we get kicked off that job? Rest in piece MR. Langis and I will see you on the other side.
