Thelma Goodnow Obituary
Bedford, NH - Our dear mother, Thelma W. Goodnow, sadly passed away on October 30, 2024, at the age of 88. She was a wonderful mother who was always there when we needed her the most, offering support, wisdom, and love in abundance. A friend to many, she was a cherished member of the community, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and strength.
Thelma was predeceased by her father and mother, Arthur and Florence (Wilcox) Sheehan; her sister, Arlene S. Vosburg; and her beloved son, Bradley Ross Goodnow Jr. She is survived by her daughter, Sylvia Grant, and her husband, Gary Grant; her son, John, and his wife, Carmen Goodnow; and her daughter, Kelly Goodnow, and her life partner, Nelson Viles. Her children were her pride and joy. She often expressed that their births changed her life for the better, and they felt that love and support in everything she did.
Thelma also leaves behind seven grandchildren: Shannon and Adam Grant, Bridgett Lee and Andrew Goodnow, John and Keith Judge, and Brandon Lopez, along with 21 loving great-grandchildren who experienced her warmth, generosity, and love.
