Theresa Brochu Chase

HOOKSETT - Theresa Brochu Chase, 82, of Donald Street, passed away Tuesday Dec. 24, 2013, at Concord Hospital.

She was born in Concord, the daughter of Henri and Lucia Brochu. She was a graduate of Concord High School.

She worked for the State of New Hampshire in Treasury Department and Employment Security and then at Chubb Life where she worked until her retirement.

She was a member of the Hooksettites where her husband, Walter is currently president and a longtime member of the Hooksett Entertainers

Theresa is survived by her loving husband of 53 years, Walter C. Chase of Hooksett; three children, Eric Chase, and his wife, Rebecca, of Plymouth, Carole Chase of Tilton and Sandra Chase and her wife, Dianne, of Cypress, Texas; four grandchildren, Scott and Michael Chase and Shawn and Rebecca McKenney; four great-grandchildren; three brothers, Raymond, Francis and Gerard Brochu; and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her sisters, Mary Noel, Robert Brochu, Cecile Ferland, Irene Desmarais; and her brothers Robert, and Leonard Brochu.

Visiting Hours will be held Sunday, Dec. 29, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Waters Funeral Home, 50 South Main St., Concord.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held Monday, Dec. 30, at 10 a.m. at Christ the King Parish, St. John's Church, 72 South Main St., Concord.

Burial will be in the spring at Head Cemetery in Hooksett.
