Vera Turner Obituary

Vera (Susie) Edith Dockham Turner 74, was born November 14, 1949 to Vernon and Edith Clarke Dockham. She passed away unexpectedly on May 18, 2024.
A native of Hopkinton NH, she was a graduate of Hopkinton High School. She worked at. King's and Stuart's Department Stores as well as a position in the kitchen of Hopkinton High School. She retired in June 2020.
She is survived by her husband Louis Olin Turner, two daughters (Tamara & Seth Holmes) (Tracey & Eric Whipple), four grandchildren (Joshua & Jacob Bourassa) (Otis & Owen Whipple), two sisters (Bonnie & Terry), three brothers (Phil, Verne, & Eddie), as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, sister in-laws, and many, many wonderful friends.
Graveside service will be held Thursday June 6, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. at the NH Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH.
Immediately following the service there will be a gathering at the home of Tamara & Seth Holmes

The neighborhood feels empty without you being next door. I miss you already, and I will miss our card game night, plus your good casseroles, and your cookies and cakes. You were such a caring person; I could go on and on, but I would need to write a book and I think they want us to write a message or memory not a book. Rest easy my friend, you will be missed. We will meet again!
