Wendy Faber Yee

Loudon, NH - Wendy Faber Yee, 88, formerly of Pittsfield/Portsmouth, NH and Tiburon, CA, passed away peacefully to join our Lord on 9 November 2025 at The Birches of Concord, NH.

Mother was born 5 November 1937 in Schenectady, NY; daughter of the late Samuel and Anne 'Nance' [Hayden] Faber. She graduated near the top of her class from Nott Terrace HS only to be startlingly challenged by a level different of playing field at University of Rochester.

Mother's parents and older sister, Carole Moss predeceased her. In 1979, the love of her life, Francis C. Yee, passed in her loving embrace. Most recently, she lost her college sweetheart with whom she shared a lifelong appreciation for poetry and the art of raising headstrong daughters.

She is survived by her daughter, Annette Young Czack and her husband James Michael of Loudon, NH; grandchildren Langdon Tarbell, his loving wife Molly, lovely great granddaughter Lucia of New Castle, NH; Josephine Tarbell Toepfer, her devoted husband, Owen, and wonderful great grandchildren Lawrence Thomas and 'Bonnie' Blanche Magdalene of Phoenix, AZ.

Wendy emphatically requested no services. She wanted us to remember her during beach walks and sharing her favorite lobster 'n' clams supper. Father John MacKenzie, of Our Lady of Lourdes parish, devotedly attended mother in extensive discussions of faith, spirituality and grace during his many visits with her at the various post 24Dec24-bones-broken fall hospitals and rehabs. She often mentioned she wanted to donate to our new parish school, Regina Maria Academy. We never got around to it.
