Geraldine Pye Obituary
A proud graduate of Screven County High School, Geraldine went on to co-own Pye Plumbing and Heating Co. alongside her late husband, Morgan Alfred Pye Sr. After retiring, she continued her career as a bookkeeper for Realty Executives, where her diligent work ethic and attention to detail were deeply appreciated.
Geraldine was an active member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church, where her faith and kindness touched many lives. She was known for her love of travel, savoring the tranquil beauty of both the beach and the mountains.
Geraldine's memory will be cherished by her loving children Julie Yarborough (John), Angie Bowers (Dana), Al Pye (Becky), and Cathy Combs (Tracy). She is also survived by her siblings Russell Williams (Barbara), Barbara Brant (Jimmy), and Paula Williams. Her legacy continues through her treasured grandchildren Corey Bowers (Marisa), Tiffany Carter (Sherrod), Morgan Pye, Zachary Pye, Morgan Gastmeier (Bruce), and Matthew Pye, step granddaughter Mallory Carter (David), and her great-grandchild, Byron Carter.
Geraldine was predeceased by her father Robbie Williams, her mother Pauline Williams, and her beloved spouse of 46 years, Morgan Alfred Pye Sr.
A graveside service will be held at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens on Monday, December 1, 2025, at 10:00 am to honor and celebrate Geraldine's life. Arrangements have been provided by Baker McCullough Funeral Home Hodgson Memorial Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Hospice Savannah or the American Diabetes Association.
