Joe M. Frost

Joe M. Frost, 71, of Guyton, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, July 15, 2025 at Hospice Savannah.

Joe was born in Savannah, Georgia and lived in South Guyton most of his life. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Julian Frost and Betty Parker Frost, his brother, Wendell Frost, and a sister, Robin Edwards. He was employed at GA Ports for 23 years and Rabey Utilities for a number of years. He loved spending time at his place on the river, fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren and family.

Joe leaves behinds his wife of 53 years, Bobbie Frost; children, Brandie O'Neal (Gerald) and Joe M. Frost, Jr. "Mikey"; sisters, Rhonda Lanier (Craig) and Christy Frost; a number of nieces and nephews. grandchildren, Taylor LaPlante (Sean), Kody O'Neal (Merissa), and Charity Churchill (Nathan); great-grandchildren, Summer Edwards, Cecilia LaPlante, Emerald LaPlante, as well as two more precious ones on the way who will grow up hearing stories of his love and strength.

The visitation will be on Saturday, July 19, 2025 from 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. at the funeral home. The funeral to honor Joe's life will follow at 11 a.m. in the chapel of the funeral home with burial to follow at Hillcrest Abbey West Cemetery. Pastor Brad Proudfoot will officiate and the pallbearers will be Kody O'Neal, Paul DaSantos, Nathan Churchill, Shane Lanier, Craig Lanier, and Luke Dasher.
