LYNN ANNE CHRISTENSEN Lynn Anne Christensen, 45, passed away unexpected on Saturday, July 13, 2024. Lynn was born April 22, 1979 in Grand Marais, MN to Jon and Shirley Heinzen. She graduated from Cook County High School in 1997 and worked at the Cook County Hospital. Lynn married Waylon Christensen in 2003 and they welcomed their son, Arlo, in 2006. Lynn had a beautiful soul and was the kind of person everyone loved. She was a good friend, an adored daughter, a wonderful mother, and the best wife anyone could have. Lynn loved to camp and fish, but she absolutely loved her dogs more than anything. She also enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends. She was a proud mom and her favorite thing to do was watch her son, Arlo, play football. Lynn is survived by her husband, Waylon; son, Arlo; parents, Jon and Shirley Heinzen; mother-in-law, Linda Christensen; sister-in-law, Audra (Craig)Leisdon; and her dogs, Pumpkin and Aspen. A celebration of life will be held, Sunday August 4 at noon at the Schroeder Town Hall. In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family prefers memorials to the American Heart Association.
