Ann Marie Vernon (nee Frohlich) of Conroe, Texas passed away peacefully at HCA Healthcare Conroe on September 3rd, 2021. Ann was born in Reno, Nevada on December 5th, 1958. She grew up in Spring, Texas and graduated from Conroe High School in 1977 along with her twin sister, Janet. Ann graduated with a BBA from Sam Houston State University in 1982. She was a proud member of the Kappa Delta Sorority.

Ann's professional career included managing a Fiesta Mart Grocery Store. She was also an independent jewelry consultant with Premier Designs for many years. Her most recent position was with Alight Solutions where she was a customer service manager for the last 15 years. Her exemplary customer service skills, charming phone voice and enthusiasm earned the respect of her team and those customers she served. She was frequently selected to lead training classes for new employees. Ann had a gift for engaging her students with an energy that made her classes fun, exciting, and educational.

Ann was so talented, and her passions included cooking, baking, gardening, dancing, watching Grey's Anatomy, and singing. She was a member of The Woodlands Bible Church where she attended small group Bible Study and sang in the church choir.

Ann could light up an entire room with her radiant smile and cheerful outlook. She was an amazing listener, and her spirit and energy were fun and inspiring. Undeniably gorgeous, Ann had a flair for fashion with an impeccable style. She was always well-dressed and fabulous no matter the occasion. Though she did not have children of her own, she loved her nieces dearly. She also treasured her great -nieces and great-nephew and they knew her as "Granntee".

Ann is preceded in death by her parents Victor and Betty Frohlich, her husband Norman Vernon, her grandmother Blanche Mann, great-uncle Arthur Reus, great-aunt Vera Spencer, and great-aunt Tilly Masinski. Tilly lived to be 102 and for many years, Ann was her guardian angel, personal driver, and shopping companion.

Ann is survived by her sisters Janet Frohlich and Karen McLaughlin (David), her brother Michael Frohlich, nieces Diana Sanders (Joshua) and Tami Pollock (Richard), her great-nieces Marianne and Charlotte Pollock, Olivia, Abigail and Isabelle Sanders, great-nephew Davy Pollock, and countless friends.

To know Ann was to love her. She had the most beautiful soul and a heart of gold. Ann's positive influence and lasting impact will always remain in our hearts, and we will cherish her memory forever. We are heartbroken that her beautiful life ended too soon, but we take comfort knowing that she is in the loving arms of God in Heaven, flying free and delighting in eternal joy.

The family wishes to extend their sincerest thanks to her friends and coworkers for their outpouring of love and condolences. As we share this burden of grief, we also share the joy of having our lives blessed by hers.
