Francis Cahoe Obituary

Francis Albertis "Bert" Cahoe, was born on July 2, 1939, in Louisville, Kentucky. He passed away August 20, 2023 in Conroe, Texas at the age of 84.



Bert loved his family deeply and was very proud of each one of them in so many ways. He was especially proud of having 23 grandchildren and great grandchildren. When he got the chance to brag about his family he definitely would. He served in the Marines from 1957 until 1960. Bert was a residential and commercial carpenter from the time he left the Marines until he retired in 2001. He built many homes in and around the Houston area and was very excited to be a part of a high-rise Federal building in downtown Houston.



Bert was preceded in death by his Mother Catherine Lee Newton, Brothers Charles Robert "Bob" Cahoe and James Ronald Cahoe and Sister-in-law Mary Ann Cahoe. Bert is survived by his Brother Joseph Donald "Don" Cahoe; Children and spouses Theresa "Sissy" Cahoe, Douglas and Angela Cahoe, James and Michelle Cahoe; Grandchildren and spouses Ashley and Eric Stephens, Jessica and Michael Schultz, Erica and Jay Carrillo, Rachel and Josh Warren, Kayla Cahoe and fiancée Brandon, Dylan Cahoe, Destiny Cahoe and fiancée Hunter, and Faith Cahoe; Great grandchildren Kaitlyn, Kaiden, Kailie, Jane, MaCaelyn, Jozalyn, Maridith, Jennova, Jayce, Ellianna, Zaiden, Jake, Jaxson, Lainey, and Brayden. And numerous family and friends.

A visitation for Bert will be held Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Cashner Funeral Home, 801 Teas Road, Conroe, TX 77303. A funeral service will occur Friday, August 25, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Cashner Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Garden Park Cemetery.
