Mattie Bea Lawson- Mitchell 74, born in Conroe, TX April 13, 1945, passed away quietly on January 28, 2020 in Spring, TX. Mattie Bea was a loving person and will truly be missed by many. Visitation, Friday 2-6 @ Collins & Johnson. Service, Saturday 1:00pm @ Gary Chapel Baptist Church, 5525 Spring Branch Rd, Montgomery, TX., Rev William Smith, pastor & eulogist. Interment Yell Cemetery, Montgomery, TX.

Mrs. Mattie was a great friend of mine. Everytime I saw her, she was with her sister Mrs. Lillie. Just a sweet and down to earth person. She didn't have a lot to say, but there was a lot in what she said. I'm going to miss this special person. but she's resting with the Lord now. Love you much Lawson family.
