Noble G. Capps, age 64, of Waco passed away Sunday, December 25, 2011 at his residence with his family by his side. Memorial services will be 10:00 a.m. Friday December 30, 2011 at Grace Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ivan Kerr officiating.
Noble was born on September 12, 1947 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Noble and Bernice Capps. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, lifetime member of the VFW Post 4709 of Conroe, Texas, Long Haul Hazmat truck driver, avid fisherman, doing woodwork, building birdhouses and he loved working in the yard. He also loved the holidays and family gatherings.
He was preceded in death by his father Noble Capps Sr.; mother, Bernice Louise Capps; brothers, William (Rusty) Capps, Larry Capps and James Capps; son, Timothy Seale and granddaughter Kaci Clark.
He is survived by his wife Lena Capps; daughters Tonya Jones of Conroe; Theresa Campbell of Waco, Tami McLemore and husband Lynn of Seguin and Shelia Ash of Waco; sons Michael Seale and wife Denise of Colorado, William Capps and wife Ericka of Waco and Garland Capps and wife Angie of Conroe; brother, Gary Capps and wife Lynda of Livingston; sisters, Sherry Davis and husband Tony of Conroe and Judy Houck and husband Lonnie of Marshall; mother-in-law Edna James of Waco; sister-in-law Pearl Carey and husband Burt of Lorena; brother-in-law Bobby Sumner of Lovejoy; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
